सोचती हूँ तुम्हें देख कर,
कहाँ गुम हो गया वो खिलखिलाती हंसी का संगीत,
परिपूरण जीवन का वो दमकता हुआ हर स्वर,
स्वपन सा पीछे छुटा क्या.....या तुमने बिसरा दिया,
आँखे सूनी झुकी झुकी अव्यक्त वेदना से,
श्वेत चेहरा निस्तेज़ भावहीन,
सूखे पीले पड़े पत्तें सा यह वजूद,
निर्जीव सी देह, रिक्त जीवन की चाह से,
तुम हो उदास, भावहीन, रंगहीन,
शून्य मे खोयी कहीं,
जीवन की जिस धारा पर चाहा था तुमने बहना,
है अब वहाँ केवल शेष निर्भाव सूखी रेत,
कदमो के निशांन भी मिट गए उस तूफान मे,
सहमे सहमे खुद से बेजार नाराज देखा जब तुमको,
स्वयं से ही नज़र शरमा गई,
हर वो ज़ख्म जो दबा था वक्त की राख मे कहीं,
उभर आया नमी बन कर आँख मे,
वो तडफ़न, वो सवाल, वो शिकायत
कैद थे अब तक दिल की दीवारों मे,
तुम्हें देख ऐसे मौसम मे,
पिघल गए सब मोम से तुम्हारी रूह की तपिश से,
अब बस है खामोशियाँ.........सर्द खामोशियाँ,
जीवन की साँझ भी अब ढलने को है,
सोचती हूँ तुम्हे देख कर ......

Yes, it is indeed a very nice poem, a real poem.
It is the evening, and you have seen there is desert in the life, bereft of all light and joy.
